Product tour
Every screen,
start to finish.
From the moment the bot joins your Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex call to the analytics dashboard your institution reads a month later. This is the whole product, in order, with nothing staged.
The route
Nine screens from invite to insight.
This is the whole product, in the order a real meeting flows through it. Every screen below is the actual surface, drawn with data from Horizon Ventures, our sample investment team that meets in Arabic and English.
Before the meeting
The bot gets itself to the meeting.
Step 1 · Join
Paste a link, or let the calendar drive.
MeetriX joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex meetings as a participant. Paste any meeting link and it shows up. Or connect Outlook or Google Calendar once, and it joins on schedule under rules you set: all meetings, internal only, only meetings you host, or manual approval per meeting.
- Keyword blocklist skips meetings whose title contains terms you choose
- Domain blocking keeps the bot out of meetings organized by specific email domains
- In-person meeting? Record in the browser or upload the audio, same pipeline
Join rules decide each meeting: internal only, host only, keyword blocklist, or manual approval.
During the meeting
You talk. It writes.
Step 2 · Live capture
A quiet participant that never asks anyone to repeat.
Once in the room, the bot records, and minutes after the meeting ends the full transcript is ready. The engine was built Arabic-first: 32 Arabic dialects, English, and the code-switching between them inside a single sentence. Speakers come out with their real names, aligned with the platform captions, not "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2".
- Arabic and English in one meeting, attributed line by line
- In our internal benchmarks: 98%+ accuracy, 1.28% Arabic word error rate
- Rename the bot, or white-label it fully on enterprise plans

The valuation range still looks rich. I want the sensitivity table before we vote.

After the meeting
From raw words to a record people act on.
The transcript is the source of truth. The report is what you share. The action items are what actually happen next. MeetriX produces all three before you are back at your desk.
Step 3 · Transcript
Named speakers, both languages, fully searchable.
Every line carries a speaker name, a timestamp, and a language tag. Search inside any transcript to find the moment a number was quoted or a promise was made. Translate the whole transcript between Arabic and English in one click, and custom vocabulary keeps your product names, people, and companies exact in both directions.
- Search across everything that was said
- Arabic ↔ English translation of transcripts and summaries
- Canonical terms preserved, including transliterations
خلونا نقفل النقطة الأخيرة: مين يتواصل مع مستشار التقييم؟
الـ due diligence خلصنا منها، بس نحتاج توقيع الـ NDA المحدث أول.
I will send the sensitivity table today and loop in the valuation advisor.
Good. Then we vote Thursday with the full file in front of us.
Step 4 · Report
A document you would actually sign off on.
MeetriX writes the executive summary, the minutes, the decisions, the recommendations, and the attendee list with attendance. Choose key points only or a detailed account, in Arabic or English. Edit anything, regenerate if you want a different cut, then export to PDF or build a branded DOCX with the drag-and-drop report builder.
- Two summarization levels: key points or detailed
- Editable and regenerable before anyone else sees it
- PDF export, plus a DOCX builder with your organization branding
Investment Committee · Acquisition File
Executive summary
The committee reviewed the acquisition file and the legal notes received on July 13. The valuation range was challenged; a sensitivity table will be circulated before the vote on Thursday.
Decisions
- Final vote moved to Thursday with the complete file
- Updated NDA required before the valuation advisor is engaged
Recommendations
- Present the sensitivity table alongside the base case
- Keep the LP summary to one page, bilingual
Step 5 · Action items
Commitments become assignments.
MeetriX reads the conversation for commitments and turns them into action items with owners and deadlines. Recaps go out by email in Arabic or English, with or without speaker attribution, automatically after the meeting. And per-speaker reports mean each attendee can get a recap of just what concerns them.
- Owners and deadlines extracted from what was actually said
- Automatic email recaps after every meeting
- Per-speaker reports: a personal recap for each attendee
Book the follow-up vote for Thursday
Send the valuation sensitivity table to the committee
Confirm the updated NDA with the legal team

Make it your system
Shaped to your meetings, delivered where you work.
Step 6 · Templates
100+ report formats. Or invent your own in a sentence.
Standups, board meetings, sprint retros, sales calls, HR reviews, legal sessions, investment committees, training reflections: there is a template for the meeting you just had. If there is not, give the AI a title and a description and it generates one. Templates translate between Arabic and English, so one format serves both sides of your organization.
- 100+ templates across functions and formats
- AI-generated templates from a title and a description
- Translate any template between Arabic and English
Describe a meeting type in a sentence and MeetriX drafts the template. Translate any template between Arabic and English.
Step 7 · Integrations
The meeting ends. The report is already where it belongs.
Every meeting can become a formatted Notion page, filed flat, by period, or by attendee domain, and a polished adaptive card in a Microsoft Teams channel with action items and quotes. Delivery is automatic after every meeting, with a per-meeting destination picker, delivery logs, and test deliveries so you trust it before it matters.
- Notion databases and Microsoft Teams channels, shipped today
- Auto-send after every meeting, with full delivery logs
- Slack, Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Pipedrive: on the roadmap
Slack, Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Pipedrive destinations are on the roadmap.
Run it at scale
See the pattern. Govern the whole thing.
Step 8 · Analytics
Meeting culture, measured.
Who talks, who listens, who joins late, and how long it all takes. MeetriX tracks talk time per attendee as duration and percentage, late joins, meeting length, and efficiency stats. Institutions get org-wide dashboards, so the people who own meeting culture can see it instead of guessing at it.
- Talk time per attendee, in minutes and percent
- Late joins, meeting length, and efficiency trends
- Org-wide dashboards for institutions

Step 9 · Admin
Workspaces, roles, quotas, and your brand on the bot.
Teams and institutions get workspaces with roles, invitations, admin usage stats, and quotas. Connect a calendar and the free tier starts you with 600 minutes; quota upgrades happen on request. Enterprise deployments white-label the bot with a custom name, avatar, logo, and colors, and can run the entire pipeline in a private cloud or fully on-premise on your own GPUs.
- Roles, invitations, and usage stats per workspace
- 600 free minutes when you connect a calendar
- Cloud, private cloud, or fully on-premise deployment
Enterprise workspaces white-label the bot: your name, avatar, logo, and colors.
Where next
See it in your kind of room.
The tour shows the machinery. The use cases show what it changes: formal minutes for governments, decision records for boards, action tracking for teams, and reflections for trainers.
Frequently asked questions
How does MeetriX get into my meetings?
Two ways: paste a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex link and the bot joins as a participant, or connect Outlook or Google Calendar and it joins on schedule under your rules: all meetings, internal only, only meetings you host, or manual approval. See calendar auto-join.
What comes out the other end?
A diarized transcript with real speaker names, an editable report (executive summary, minutes, decisions, recommendations, attendee list), and action items with owners and deadlines. Reports come in Arabic or English, at key-points or detailed level, built with one of 100+ templates.
Does the tour reflect real features or a roadmap?
Everything on this page is shipped, with one labeled exception: Slack, Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Pipedrive delivery destinations are on the roadmap. Notion and Microsoft Teams delivery work today.
What about meetings that happen in a room, not on a call?
Record in the browser or upload an audio file. In-person meetings run through the exact same pipeline: transcription, report, action items, delivery. See in-person meetings.
Can our organization run this on its own infrastructure?
Yes. MeetriX deploys in our cloud, in a private cloud, or fully on-premise on your own GPUs, speech engine included, and our AI is never trained on your data. See security and on-prem.
How do I try it?
