Feature

Capture everything.
Keep it yours.

MeetriX runs in our cloud, in your private cloud, or fully on-premise on your own GPUs. The speech engine is self-hosted, so in on-prem mode no audio ever leaves your network. And our AI is never trained on your data.

Deployment models

Run it where your policy says it must run.

Most notetakers offer one deployment: their cloud, take it or leave it. MeetriX gives you three, and all of them run the same product.

Our cloud

The fastest way to start. Sign up, connect a calendar, and the bot joins your next meeting. This is where the 600 free minutes live.

Private cloud

A dedicated environment operated for your organization, separated from other tenants, for institutions that need isolation without running hardware.

Fully on-premise

The entire pipeline, speech engine included, installed on your own GPUs inside your own network. No audio ever leaves your perimeter.

On-premise, for real

A first-class deployment, not a special request.

Plenty of vendors say "on-prem" and mean a sales call that goes nowhere. MeetriX on-premise is a real, engineered path: the notetaker bot, the speech engine, report generation, and storage all install inside your network and run on your GPUs. It is how we sell to governments and institutions whose meetings cannot leave the building.

  • The full pipeline runs inside your perimeter, end to end
  • Deployed on your own GPUs, managed by your own team
  • Same features as the cloud: templates, reports, analytics
  • White-label the bot so it joins as your assistant

Self-hosted speech engine

No third-party API in the loop.

MeetriX does not forward your audio to someone else's transcription service. The Arabic and English speech engine is our own, and we host it ourselves in every deployment model. In on-premise mode it runs on your GPUs, which means meeting audio is transcribed without ever crossing your network boundary.

  • Our own speech engine, self-hosted, not a wrapped cloud API
  • In on-prem mode, no audio leaves your network. Ever.
  • Arabic (32 dialects) and English, with speaker names, everywhere it runs

Your data stays yours

Never trained on. Never shared beyond the room.

Our AI is never trained on your data, in any deployment model. And inside your workspace, access follows the meeting: the organizer chooses whether a report goes to all attendees or stays organizer-only, and sharing with teammates is an explicit action, not a default.

  • Our AI is never trained on your data
  • Per-meeting report access: organizer only, or all attendees
  • Sharing with teammates is deliberate, visible in "Shared with me"
  • Reports are editable before anyone else sees them

Data residency

Built for governments with residency mandates.

When policy says the record of a meeting must not leave the country, or must not leave the ministry network at all, cloud notetakers are disqualified before the evaluation starts. MeetriX on-premise turns the hard residency questions into short answers, because there is nothing outside your perimeter to account for.

  • Audio processed, stored, and summarized inside your jurisdiction
  • No external services touch meeting content in on-prem mode
  • Arabic-first reports for formal records, minutes, and decisions

Frequently asked questions

What deployment options does MeetriX offer?

Three: our cloud (the fastest way to start, with 600 free minutes when you connect a calendar), a private cloud environment dedicated to your organization, and a fully on-premise install where the entire pipeline runs on your own GPUs inside your own network.

In on-premise mode, does any meeting audio leave our network?

No. The notetaker bot, the speech engine, report generation, and storage all run inside your perimeter. The speech engine is our own self-hosted model, not a third-party transcription API, so there is no external service in the audio path.

Is our meeting data used to train your AI?

No. Our AI is never trained on your data, in any deployment model: not your audio, not your transcripts, not your reports.

Who can see a meeting's summary and report?

The organizer decides per meeting: keep the report organizer-only, or send it to all attendees. Sharing with other teammates is an explicit action, and shared meetings appear in each teammate's "Shared with me" view.

Can the bot appear under our own name and branding?

Yes. Enterprise deployments can white-label the notetaker with a custom bot name, avatar, logo, and colors, so it joins meetings as your organization's own assistant. See teams & admin.

How do we evaluate MeetriX on-premise?

Book a demo and tell us about your environment. We walk your team through the architecture, the GPU requirements, and the install path, and we answer your security questionnaire directly.

Stay in the conversation. MeetriX takes the notes.

It joins the call, transcribes who said what in Arabic or English, and sends the summary and action items before you are back at your desk. 600 free minutes when you connect your calendar.
