Feature

The report, already delivered.

The moment a meeting ends, MeetriX files it where your team works: a formatted page in Notion, an adaptive card in a Microsoft Teams channel, and a recap in every attendee's inbox. Auto-send, per-meeting destinations, delivery logs, and test deliveries keep it dependable.

Shipped today

The meeting ends. The record is already filed.

A report nobody sees changes nothing. MeetriX delivers each meeting where your team already works: a Notion database, a Microsoft Teams channel, and every attendee's inbox, automatically.

Notion

Every meeting becomes a page in your database.

Connect a Notion database and each captured meeting arrives as a formatted page: summary, minutes, decisions, and action items, ready to link from projects and docs. Choose how the pages are organized: flat in one database, grouped by period so each month collects its meetings, or grouped by attendee domain so every client and partner gets a thread of its own.

  • Formatted meeting pages in the database you choose
  • Grouping modes: flat, by period, or by attendee domain
  • Auto-send after every meeting, or pick destinations per meeting

Microsoft Teams

An adaptive card in the channel, minutes after the call.

For teams that live in Microsoft Teams, MeetriX posts a polished adaptive card to the channel you pick, right after the meeting ends: the summary, the action items with owners, and the quotes worth keeping. The channel sees what was agreed without opening another tool, and a per-meeting destination picker routes special meetings somewhere else.

  • Adaptive card with action items and key quotes
  • Posted to your chosen channel right after the meeting
  • Per-meeting channel override for special cases

Email recaps

The inbox is still where decisions get read.

After every meeting, MeetriX emails a recap to attendees automatically: the summary and the action items, in Arabic or English, with or without speaker attribution. External participants get the record without needing an account, and the whole thing runs without anyone remembering to press send.

  • Automatic recap emails after every meeting
  • Arabic or English, your choice per workspace
  • Speaker attribution on or off, depending on the audience

Trustworthy plumbing

Delivery you can audit, not hope for.

Integrations fail quietly in most tools. MeetriX treats delivery as part of the record: everything sent is logged, and you can test a destination before the meeting that matters.

Logs & test deliveries

Know that it arrived, not just that it left.

Every delivery, to Notion, Teams, or email, is logged with its destination, time, and outcome. Set up a new destination and run a test delivery to see exactly what will arrive before a real meeting depends on it. Auto-send handles the routine; the per-meeting destination picker handles the exceptions.

  • Delivery logs for every destination and every meeting
  • Test deliveries before you rely on a new destination
  • Auto-send by default, per-meeting picker when you need it

On the roadmap

More destinations are coming.

Slack, Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Pipedrive delivery destinations are on the roadmap, not shipped yet, and we say so plainly. They will ride the same delivery engine that runs Notion and Teams today: auto-send, per-meeting destinations, logs, and test deliveries. If one of them is the destination your team needs first, tell us and it shapes the order.

  • Google Docs, Google Drive, and OneDrive: on the roadmap

Frequently asked questions

Which integrations are available today?

Three are shipped and working: Notion (each meeting becomes a formatted page in a database of your choice), Microsoft Teams (an adaptive card with the summary, action items, and quotes posted to a channel), and automatic email recaps to attendees in Arabic or English.

How does the Notion integration organize meetings?

You pick the grouping: flat (all pages in one database), by period (each month or period collects its meetings), or by attendee domain (meetings with the same external organization group together). Pages carry the summary, minutes, decisions, and action items.

What is in the Microsoft Teams card?

A polished adaptive card posted to the channel you choose right after the meeting ends: the executive summary, the action items with owners and deadlines, and key quotes. A per-meeting destination picker can route a specific meeting to a different channel.

Do deliveries happen automatically?

Yes. Auto-send delivers to your configured destinations after every meeting. Each delivery is recorded in the delivery logs with its outcome, and you can run a test delivery when setting up a destination so you trust it before it matters.

Is Slack supported?

Not yet. Slack, Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Pipedrive destinations are on the roadmap. Until then, email recaps reach anyone, and every report exports to PDF or branded DOCX. Tell us your priority at contact.

Can recaps go out in Arabic?

Yes. Email recaps are sent in Arabic or English, with or without speaker attribution, automatically after each meeting. Transcripts and summaries also translate between the two languages. See translation.

Stay in the conversation. MeetriX takes the notes.

It joins the call, transcribes who said what in Arabic or English, and sends the summary and action items before you are back at your desk. 600 free minutes when you connect your calendar.
