Feature
100+ templates.
Or invent your own.
Standups, board meetings, sales calls, legal reviews, training reflections: the library covers the meetings your organization actually runs. When it does not, give the AI a title and a description and it generates the template, and any template translates between Arabic and English.
The library
Somebody already designed the report you need.
A standup and a board meeting should not produce the same document. MeetriX ships more than 100 templates, each deciding which sections the report gets, how detailed they are, and how they read.
100+ templates
Every meeting type your organization actually has.
The library covers the meetings real organizations run: standups, board meetings, sprint retros, project retrospectives, engineering squad syncs, sales and CRM calls, HR sessions, legal reviews, investment and financial committees, marketing, operations, product reviews, and training or lesson reflections. Pick one when the meeting starts, or set a default per meeting type and stop thinking about it.
- 100+ templates across functions and formats
- Each template shapes the sections, tone, and level of detail
- Two summarization levels on top: key points or detailed
- Custom templates live alongside the library ones
A slice of the library. Every template decides which sections the report gets and how they read.
Bilingual by design
One format that serves both sides of the organization.
Regional organizations rarely work in one language. Any template can be translated between Arabic and English, section names and structure included, so the Arabic minutes of a board meeting and the English version sent to an international partner come from the same format. The report language is a choice, not a limitation.
- Translate any template between Arabic and English
- Both language versions stay in the library, in sync
- Reports generate in either language from the same meeting
One template, two languages. Translate any template and both versions stay in the library.
Make it yours
When the library does not fit, describe what would.
The last template is the one you invent. Give the AI a title and a description and it drafts the format; give the workspace your identity and every report carries it.
AI-generated templates
A new template from a title and a description.
Your weekly site visit, your Ramadan planning session, your incident postmortem: if no template matches, write a title and a one-line description and MeetriX generates the sections for you. Review the draft, rename or reorder anything, and the template is ready for its first meeting. Generated templates translate between Arabic and English like everything else in the library.
- Generate from a title plus a short description
- Drafted sections are fully editable before first use
- Generated templates join the library for the whole workspace
A title and one sentence are enough. Review the draft, adjust the sections, and it joins your library.
Org-standard formats
Minutes that look like your organization wrote them.
Templates do more than order the sections. Reports are formatted to your organization's identity, so the minutes a ministry circulates or the summary a fund sends to partners carry your logo, your colors, and the structure your organization standardized on. Export to PDF, or assemble a branded DOCX with the drag-and-drop report builder.

- One standard format across every team and meeting

In practice
How Horizon Ventures uses the library.
Most of the month runs on a handful of formats: the weekly team meeting, the board template for governance, and an AI-generated investment committee format nobody had to design by hand. Training sessions and sales calls pick up their own templates automatically, and every report lands in the same searchable archive.
- Recurring meetings keep their template, meeting after meeting
- AI-generated formats cover the meetings unique to your work
- Every report, whatever the template, stays searchable in the archive

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of templates does MeetriX include?
More than 100, across the meetings real organizations run: standups, board meetings, sprint retros, project retrospectives, engineering squad syncs, sales and CRM calls, HR sessions, legal reviews, investment and financial committees, marketing, operations, product reviews, and training or lesson reflections, plus your own custom formats.
How does AI template generation work?
Give MeetriX a title and a short description of the meeting type, and it drafts a template: the sections, their order, and how they read. You review and edit the draft before it is used, and once approved it joins the library for your whole workspace.
Can templates work in Arabic?
Yes. Any template, library or generated, can be translated between Arabic and English, section names included, and reports can be produced in either language from the same meeting. See translation.
Can our organization standardize one format for all minutes?
Yes. Set an organization template and every report is formatted to your identity: your logo, colors, and structure. Combined with white-labeling, the whole record reads as your own system. See teams & admin.
Does the template change what MeetriX captures?
No. The transcript is always the complete record, with named speakers in Arabic and English. The template shapes the report built from it: which sections appear, in what order, and at which level of detail (key points or detailed).
Can I change a report after it is generated?
Yes. Reports are editable and regenerable: switch the template, switch the language, or adjust the text directly before sharing, exporting to PDF, or building a branded DOCX. See summaries & action items.
Stay in the conversation. MeetriX takes the notes.
It joins the call, transcribes who said what in Arabic or English, and sends the summary and action items before you are back at your desk. 600 free minutes when you connect your calendar.
