Feature
From transcript to signed-off minutes.
Executive summaries, structured minutes, decisions, and action items with owners and deadlines. Generated when the meeting ends, editable before anyone sees them.
The output
The meeting ends. The paperwork is already done.
MeetriX turns the transcript into the documents your organization actually files: an executive summary, minutes, decisions, recommendations, and a tracked action list. In Arabic or English, at the depth you choose.
Minutes & summaries
A record you would sign, not a wall of text.
Every report opens with an executive summary and rolls into structured minutes: topics, decisions, recommendations, and the attendee list with attendance. Choose key-points-only for a standup or a detailed record for a board session, and MeetriX formats it to your organization's identity.
- Executive summary, minutes, decisions, recommendations, attendance
- Two depths: key points only, or a detailed record
- Editable and regenerable before anything is shared

Action items
Commitments become tasks with names on them.
MeetriX reads commitments out of the conversation, in Arabic or English, and turns each one into an action item with an owner and a deadline. Every item traces back to the moment it was said, so "who agreed to that" has an answer.
- Owners and deadlines extracted from the conversation
- Works across languages inside the same meeting
- Exportable list for follow-up and tracking
Commitments are read out of the conversation in either language, then get an owner and a deadline.
Per-speaker reports
Everyone gets the recap that is about them.
Beyond the shared minutes, MeetriX can send each attendee a personal recap: their action items, the decisions that touch them, and the context around both. Recaps go out by email automatically, in Arabic or English, with or without speaker attribution.
- Personal recaps per attendee, automatically emailed
- Organizer-only or all-attendee access, your choice
- Agenda coverage confirmed in the report itself
Per-speaker reports: each attendee gets the recap that is about them.

Frequently asked questions
What does a MeetriX report contain?
An executive summary, meeting minutes organized by topic, decisions, recommendations, the attendee list with attendance, and action items with owners and deadlines. The template you pick decides the structure and tone.
Can I choose how detailed the summary is?
Yes. Two summarization levels ship today: a comprehensive key-points summary, and a detailed record that captures every intervention. Set the default in settings or per meeting.
How do action items get owners and deadlines?
MeetriX reads commitments out of the conversation, in Arabic or English, and assigns the speaker as the owner with the deadline they mentioned. Everything is editable before the report is shared.
What is a per-speaker report?
A personal recap for each attendee: their action items, the decisions that affect them, and context. Recaps are emailed automatically after the meeting, in Arabic or English.
Can I edit or regenerate the summary?
Both. Edit any section directly, or regenerate the summary with a different template or depth. Nothing is sent until you share it, unless you turn on automatic delivery.
Does it check the agenda was covered?
Yes. MeetriX compares the discussion against the agenda, confirms covered items, and flags deferred ones in the report and in analytics.
