Feature
Connect your calendar.
Forget the rest.
MeetriX syncs with Outlook and Google Calendar and joins your meetings on schedule, under your rules: all meetings, internal only, only ones you host, or ask first, with keyword and domain blocklists on top. Connecting earns you 600 free minutes.
Connect once
Your calendar becomes the schedule for the bot.
Connect Outlook (Microsoft 365) or Google Calendar and MeetriX reads your schedule, applies your join rules, and shows up on time. No links to paste, no meeting-day ritual.
Outlook + Google Calendar
Every meeting, already on the bot's schedule.
Once your calendar is connected, MeetriX sees each upcoming meeting, works out the platform from the invite, and joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex at the scheduled time. New meetings, moved meetings, cancellations: the bot follows the calendar, so it is always where the invite says.
- Works with Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Google Calendar
- Detects the platform from the invite link automatically
- Reschedules and cancellations are picked up from the calendar
- One-off meetings can still be added by pasting a link
Internal meetings join automatically. External ones wait for approval. Blocked ones never see the bot.
Join rules
Precise control over where the bot may go.
Auto-join does not mean join everything. Four scopes decide which meetings qualify: all meetings, internal only (attendees share your domain), only meetings you host, or manual approval for each one. On top of the scopes, blocklists draw hard lines: any meeting whose title matches a blocked keyword, or whose attendees come from a blocked domain, never sees the bot at all.
- All meetings: capture everything on the calendar
- Internal only: skip meetings with outside participants
- Only meetings I host: your meetings, nobody else's
- Manual approval: the bot asks before every join
- Keyword blocklist and domain blocking override everything
Blocklists win over everything: a matched keyword or domain keeps the bot out, whatever the other rules say.
600 free minutes
Connecting your calendar pays for itself.
The moment you connect Outlook or Google Calendar, your account gets 600 free meeting minutes. No credit card, no trial countdown. That is roughly a week and a half of a busy team's meetings: enough to watch full reports, action items, and analytics appear from your real schedule before you decide anything.
- 600 minutes credited on calendar connect
- No credit card required to start
- Usage is visible per meeting, so quotas never surprise you
No credit card. Connect a calendar, get 600 minutes, and see what a captured week feels like.
Set it once
Most teams pick "internal only, auto-join" plus a short blocklist and never touch the settings again. The rules run on every synced meeting.
Reports without asking
Every auto-joined meeting ends with a summary, minutes, and action items already drafted. Summaries & action items →
A month you can measure
Because the calendar and the capture are linked, MeetriX can report on-time starts, postponements, and reschedules. Meeting analytics →
Frequently asked questions
Which calendars does MeetriX support?
Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Google Calendar. Connect either one and MeetriX reads your upcoming meetings, detects the platform from each invite, and joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex at the scheduled time.
What join rules can I set?
Four scopes: all meetings, internal only (attendees share your domain), only meetings I host, or manual approval for every join. A keyword blocklist and domain blocking sit on top and always win: a matched meeting is never joined, whatever the scope says.
How do I keep the bot out of sensitive meetings?
Add keywords to the blocklist (a title containing "salary" or "1:1", for example) or block specific domains. Meetings that match are never joined. You can also switch to manual approval so nothing joins without your explicit yes.
What are the 600 free minutes?
When you connect your calendar, your account is credited with 600 free meeting minutes, with no credit card required. Usage is tracked per meeting so you always know where you stand. After that, see pricing.
What happens when a meeting is moved or cancelled?
The bot follows the calendar: rescheduled meetings are joined at the new time and cancelled ones are skipped. Because schedule and capture are linked, MeetriX can also report postponements, reschedules, and on-time starts in meeting analytics.
Can I still capture a meeting that is not on my calendar?
Yes. Paste the meeting link and the bot joins that one meeting. In-person sessions work too: record in the browser or upload audio, and the same pipeline takes over. See in-person meetings.
Stay in the conversation. MeetriX takes the notes.
It joins the call, transcribes who said what in Arabic or English, and sends the summary and action items before you are back at your desk. 600 free minutes when you connect your calendar.
