You stay in control
The bot follows your rules, not the other way around.
Decide exactly which meetings MeetriX may attend. Let it join everything, restrict it to internal meetings where participants share your domain, limit it to meetings you host, or approve every join by hand. Keyword and domain blocklists keep it out of the meetings that should never be recorded.

Can attendees see that the bot is in the meeting?
Yes, by design. MeetriX joins as a named, visible participant in the meeting, so everyone in the room knows the session is being captured. Enterprise teams can rename the bot and brand it with their own avatar, logo, and colors.
How do I control which meetings the bot attends?
Joining preferences let you allow all meetings, restrict the bot to internal meetings (participants who share your domain), limit it to meetings you host, or require manual approval for every join. What does the bot produce after the meeting?
A transcript with named speakers plus a full report: executive summary, minutes, decisions, recommendations, and action items with owners and deadlines, in Arabic or English.
