Account management

Admins manage user accounts directly: create them, remove them, and edit what each one is allowed to do. Permissions are set per account, so a department head can see organization analytics while a new analyst captures meetings and nothing more. When someone leaves, removing the account takes one click.

Your assistant, not ours, joins the meeting.
On enterprise plans the notetaker can be fully white-labeled: rename the bot, give it your avatar, put your logo on the reports, and match your colors. Attendees see your organization's assistant in the participant list, and the minutes that follow carry your identity, which matters in formal and external meetings.
