Feature

Your whole organization.
One workspace.

MeetriX scales from one notetaker to an institution: workspaces with roles and invitations, admins who add, remove, and edit accounts, quotas with usage stats that hide nothing, and a bot that joins under your own name, logo, and colors.

Institutions welcome

A notetaker one person loves. A system an organization can run.

MeetriX workspaces give institutions the machinery around the meetings: roles and invitations, account-level permissions, quotas with real usage stats, and a bot that shows up in your name.

Workspaces, roles, invitations

Everyone in one workspace, each with the right role.

A MeetriX workspace holds your whole team: its meetings, transcripts, reports, templates, and settings. Admins invite members by email, assign roles as they join, and see the roster at a glance. New people are productive in their first meeting, because the workspace already knows your templates, your vocabulary, and your rules.

  • One workspace for the whole institution, meetings included
  • Email invitations with a role assigned up front
  • Admin and member roles keep settings with the right people
  • Shared meetings appear in each teammate's "Shared with me"

Account management

Add, remove, and edit accounts without a support ticket.

Admins manage user accounts directly: create them, remove them, and edit what each one is allowed to do. Permissions are set per account, so a department head can see organization analytics while a new analyst captures meetings and nothing more. When someone leaves, removing the account takes one click.

  • Add and remove member accounts from the admin panel
  • Edit permissions per account, not per plea to support
  • Decide who can invite, who can share externally, who sees analytics
  • Offboarding is immediate: remove the account, access ends

Permissions are edited per account. Change a role, tighten a permission, or remove the account entirely.

Quotas & usage stats

Know exactly who uses MeetriX, and how much.

Every workspace runs against a quota, and the usage behind it is fully visible: minutes and meetings per member, totals for the month, and the trend over time. Admins see where the capacity goes before the quota does, which makes both budgeting and plan conversations short.

  • Workspace quota with live usage against it
  • Per-member usage: meetings captured and minutes used
  • Monthly totals and trends for the whole workspace
  • Individuals start with 600 free minutes on calendar connect

Usage is visible per member and for the workspace as a whole, so the quota never surprises anyone.

White-label bot

Your assistant, not ours, joins the meeting.

On enterprise plans the notetaker can be fully white-labeled: rename the bot, give it your avatar, put your logo on the reports, and match your colors. Attendees see your organization's assistant in the participant list, and the minutes that follow carry your identity, which matters in formal and external meetings.

  • Custom bot name in the participant list
  • Your avatar, your logo, your colors
  • Reports and minutes formatted to your organization's identity
  • Available with cloud, private cloud, and on-premise deployments

Organization analytics

The admin view feeds the meeting-culture view.

Because the workspace sees every captured meeting, admins get more than usage numbers. Org-wide dashboards and monthly performance reports show agenda coverage, on-time versus late starts, and counts of scheduled, postponed, cancelled, and rescheduled meetings, across the whole institution rather than one calendar.

  • Org-wide dashboards across every member's meetings
  • Monthly performance reports, internal and external meetings split out
  • On-time starts, late joins, talk time, and meeting length
  • Agenda coverage confirmed meeting by meeting

Frequently asked questions

How do MeetriX workspaces work for teams and institutions?

A workspace holds your whole team: meetings, transcripts, reports, templates, and settings in one place. Admins invite members by email, assign a role as each one joins, and manage the roster from the admin panel.

What can workspace admins actually manage?

User accounts, end to end: add new members, remove accounts, and edit each account's permissions, such as who can invite others, who can share reports outside the workspace, and who can see organization analytics. Admins also see usage stats and the workspace quota.

How do quotas and usage stats work?

The workspace runs against a meeting-minute quota, and usage is visible per member and in total: meetings captured, minutes used, and the trend over the month. Individuals also get 600 free minutes when they connect a calendar. For plan details, see pricing.

Can we rename the bot and use our own branding?

Yes. Enterprise plans can white-label the notetaker: a custom bot name, your avatar, your logo, and your colors. Attendees see your organization's assistant join the call, and reports carry your identity.

What does the organization get beyond individual meeting reports?

Org-wide dashboards and monthly performance reports: agenda coverage, on-time versus late starts, counts of scheduled, postponed, cancelled, and rescheduled meetings, talk time, and meeting length across the institution. See meeting analytics.

Do these admin features work in private cloud or on-premise deployments?

Yes. Workspaces, roles, permissions, quotas, and white-labeling are the same product in every deployment model, including fully on-premise on your own GPUs. See security & on-prem.

Stay in the conversation. MeetriX takes the notes.

It joins the call, transcribes who said what in Arabic or English, and sends the summary and action items before you are back at your desk. 600 free minutes when you connect your calendar.
