Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MeetriX (operated by LISAN AI - FZE) collects when you use the service at https://meetrix.ai, why, and the control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and workspace membership, so you can sign in and we can attribute activity.
• Meeting content: when the notetaker bot joins a meeting, or you record in the browser or upload audio, we store the meeting audio, the transcript, and the reports generated from it. This is the product: without storing it, there is nothing to summarize, search, or share.
• Meeting metadata: titles, times, platforms, and attendee names, so meetings can be organized, attributed to speakers, and joined from your calendar if you connect one.
• Calendar data: if you connect Outlook or Google Calendar, we read upcoming meetings so the bot can auto-join according to your join rules. You control those rules, including keyword and domain blocking.
• Operational logs: basic request and error logs to keep the service running and secure.

Why we process it

To provide the features you use: transcription, translation, report generation, action-item extraction, search, analytics, email recaps, and the integrations you enable (such as Notion and Microsoft Teams delivery). We do not process meeting content for any other purpose.

What we do not do

Our AI is never trained on your data. We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party advertising. The bot appears in the participant list; we do not join meetings covertly.

Sharing controls

Your meetings are private to you by default. You choose what to share: with teammates in your workspace, by email recap, or through an integration destination you configure. Workspace admins in institutions see usage statistics, not a feed of everyone's meeting content.

Deletion and your rights

You can delete individual meetings, including their audio, transcript, and reports, and you can request deletion of your account and all its data. Export options (PDF, DOCX) exist so your records are never locked in. Contact support@lisan.com.

Where your data lives

By default, in our cloud. Enterprise and government customers can run MeetriX in a private cloud or fully on-premise, in which case meeting content never leaves their own network. See security.
